Haha .. I sometimes do this ‘Worse case scenario’ and I think it has rubbed off on my eldest daughter. I recently pulled a muscle in my back and was in agony for a few Days around the flat . My daughter asked me ‘What if I needed to be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life , and as our lift has been broken for sometime . How is Dad going to get up the stairs? ‘… Sound familiar?

Oh dear... yes! I'm always catastrophising with my son and saying stuff to him like - don't do that or you'll end up in hospital and won't be able to walk and get bed sores etc etc etc. I need to stop!
